SHIPPING METHOD

Shipments to Italy and Europe, managed by Bartolini and DPD, will be made free of charge with truck service.
Extra European shipments, managed by DHL, will be shipped by air with the Express WorldWide service.
We are certified and authorized by DHL to ship dangerous goods by air. For shipments outside Europe we will use the shipping method in ID8000 Consumer Commodity and UN1266 Exempt Quantities for fragrances with a maximum size of 30ml.
Prices for shipments outside Europe may vary depending on your location.
The shipping cost varies according to the country of destination. If the delivery address is in a remote area, a surcharge will be requested for the shipment which may vary according to the country of destination. ParfumVintage will contact the customer to request an additional amount for shipping to a remote area.
STANDARD SHIPPING

ParfumVintage collaborates with three couriers: Bartolini, DPD and DHL.
All shipments in Italy will be entrusted to Bartolini.
All shipments in Europe (excluding Italy) will be entrusted to DPD Group.
All shipments to non-EU countries (Europe Extra EU, Asia, America, Africa and Oceania) will be managed by DHL with the Express WorldWide air service.
Standard Uninsured Shipping does not fully cover shipments that have been damaged or stolen. The seller will refund only and exclusively the cost of the item. Shipping will not be refunded.
SHIPPING BY AIR

If the shipment made by DHL by air should go into storage and be returned to the sender for the following reasons:
1) Recipient absent or unknown on delivery note;
2) Recipient not present at the time of delivery;
3) Wrong address on delivery note;
The sender reserves the right, once the return has been received, not to reimburse the buyer for the shipping costs.
If the buyer decides to have the item returned, the cost of shipping is borne by the recipient.
If the buyer wishes to refuse the sale, ParfumVintage is willing to refund only and exclusively the cost of the items. Shipping will not be refunded.
SHIPPING WITH INSURANCE

ParfumVintage offers insured shipping with an additional cost of €10.00 in all countries where the shipping service is active.
The cost of the insurance covers 100% theft and damage to the goods by the courier. Shipping with insurance does not cover delivery delays.
In this way your purchase is 100% covered by the theft and damage insurance by the courier.
Only in this way will the seller be able to reimburse the buyer 100%.
If you have opted for insured shipping and the package arrives without goods or with damaged goods, contact ParfumVintage immediately and send as many photos of the package as possible.
The seller will then contact the shipping company to request a full refund.
Refund times may vary in relation to due checks by the courier.
USEFUL DATA FOR REGULAR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

For non-European shipments, the goods purchased and shipped will be checked at the destination customs.
Some countries have different measures and rules for customs clearance of goods.
Therefore, for some destinations (non-European only) some personal data will be requested, as per the customs legislation of the country of destination, which will be used only and exclusively to speed up the customs clearance of the goods.
All personal data requested and provided will not be used for any other purpose.
If this data is not provided:
1) Shipping may be delayed;
2) The seller will be forced to refuse the sale.
DELIVERY TIME

The delivery times reported for Italian, European and non-European destinations are illustrated on each individual item.
Therefore, delivery times may vary based on several factors such as:
1) delays due to incorrect communication of the delivery address;
2) Recipient absent at the time of delivery;
3) delays due to the current global pandemic;
4) Delivery to less accessible places such as remote areas;
5) For non-EU shipments, delays due to customs clearance of the goods in the country of destination.
The dates entered for each destination country were drawn up thanks to delivery tests estimated on the Bartolini, DPD and DHL platforms.
DELAYS IN DELIVERY

If the item has not yet arrived 10 days after shipment, the Customer must notify the ParfumVintage store via messages.
ParfumVintage will contact the reference courier to understand the causes of the delay, as soon as possible.
It may take several days for the reference carrier to officially declare the reasons for the delay.
Once the official statement has been obtained from the courier, ParfumVintage will notify the Customer.
The sender, if deemed appropriate, will forward a complaint to the reference courier to speed up the delivery of the object.
It may take several days for the item to be delivered.
MY ITEM HAS BEEN RETURNED TO THE SENDER

If the tracking code shows that the shipment has been returned to the sender, the customer must notify the ParfumVintage store via messages.
The causes can be:
- Incorrect or non-existent delivery address;
- Wrong customer's name and surname;
- The customer was not present at the time of delivery.
In case of return of the shipment to the sender, the latter will have the right to notify the Customer of a new shipment date.
Shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
MY ITEM WAS NOT DELIVERED

If the tracking code shows that the courier was unable to deliver the package, the causes may be:
- Incorrect or non-existent delivery address;
- Wrong customer's name and surname;
- The customer was not present at the time of delivery.
Should such problems occur, the reference courier will notify the sender who in turn will notify the Customer in order to obtain the correct information to be forwarded to the courier.
The reference courier, after having obtained the requested information, will reschedule the delivery of the item to the Customer.
If the causes described above occur, after the second delivery attempt, the item will be returned to the sender.
