Are the fragrances original?

All the fragrances in the shop are original, never used and 100% authentic

How long does it take for fragrances to be delivered?

We process your order and ship in about 3 business days. Delivery takes about 3-7 days in Europe and maximum 10-15 days in non-European countries. In remote areas, delivery days may vary.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to over 70 countries worldwide with DPD courier in Europe (free) and DHL Express by air to the rest of the world.

Why is shipping to non-European countries high?

Perfumes are labeled as dangerous goods, therefore we are authorized and certified for shipping dangerous goods by air. This shipping method allows you to declare the goods at the departure and avoid problems or confiscations at the destination customs. Shipping times are very short.

Do I have to pay taxes and customs duties?

In Europe, there is free trade between EU member states. For shipments to non-EU countries, you will be required to pay customs duties and taxes before or during delivery of the package. We cannot provide any useful information regarding the amount of customs duties to be paid.

What happens if my package is not delivered?

We will initiate the correct information request procedures to the courier with which we made the shipment. Response times may vary. Therefore we always recommend insuring the shipment.

Can I insure my purchase?

Of course, our advice is always to insure your shipments. The cost of insurance has an additional cost. Shipping insurance covers damage, theft and failed deliveries by the courier.
